大断面煤巷快速掘进影响因素及技术优化

Influence Factors and Technology Optimization on Large Section Roadway Rapid Excavation

摘要: 为了提高大断面煤巷的掘进速度,运用因子分析法获得了影响金庄煤业大断面煤巷快速掘进的4个因子:工程地质条件因子、掘进设备因子、支护技术因子及施工组织管理因子,并利用FLAC3D软件对不同支护方案进行数值计算,得出了较优的支护参数。现场应用表明,优化方案显著提高了巷道支护的速度和可靠性,为首采面的早日开采奠定了基础。

Abstract: In order to improve the driving speed of the large section roadway under complicated geological conditions, four influence factors are got with factor analysis in Jinzhuang Company, including engineering geological conditions, excavating equipment, supporting technology and construction technology, construction organizing and management. Through numerical calculation of different support scheme with FLAC3D,better supporting technology and construction technology are proposed. Field application shows that, optimization scheme significantly improves the speed and reliability of roadway support, laying the foundation for fist working face.
